Approval of Addendum to Interlocal Participation Agreement between Hidalgo County (Headstart )and Region One's Child Nutrition Program-South Texas Coop (to include all Hidalgo County Depts., Agencies and Programs).
BACKGROUND
This addendum is required in order to include all Hidalgo County departments, agencies and programs access and use of the South Texas Coop and not just Hidalgo County Head Start Program. This permits the purchase of the kitchen equipment for the new Mario E. Ramirez, Jr., Juvenile Detention Facility through the South Texas Coop authorized by Commissioners Court on Tuesday, September 12, 2006 (subject to funding on CC of 9-19-06).
