SAMES, Inc. aka Sam Engineering & Surveying, Inc. has submitted a best and final offer for professional engineering services required for the City of Palmview’s 7-Year Master Plan, utilizing Urban County 2010 (Year 23) funds. SAMES, Inc. aka Sam Engineering & Surveying, Inc. was the highest rated firm by Commissioners' Court on January 25th 2011. Contract approval in the amount of $75,000.00 is being requested. See attached scope of services.
