BACKGROUND
Immediate project: Paving Improvements located on 6th Street between University Drive & Schunior Street approximately 2,640 feet in length and 40 feet in width.

BUDGETARY IMPACT:
Expenditure would need to be identified by if Precinct requesting assistance. However if assistance is by City, billing to city will need to be made.County and City desire to assist each other in multiple projects
County agrees to allow City to use equipment and materials owned by County at the current prices to the County for such equipment and materials for the furtherance of the Work.
County shall provide City with man power at the current hourly rates to County for individuals required to complete the Work.
