BACKGROUND
Dannenbaum Engineering Company – McAllen, LLC has submitted a best and final offer for professional architectural services for the Parks, Recreational Facility Improvements at the Elsa Mario Leal Park located within the Hidalgo County Precinct No. 1 boundaries. Dannenbaum Engineering Company – McAllen, LLC was the highest rated firm by Commissioner’s Court. Contract approval in the amount of $55,448.43 is being requested. See attached scope of services and copy of proposed contract.
