Request for approval of one (1) applicant in the City of Edcouch under the CDBG Disaster Recovery Program.

BACKGROUND

The following family is being recommended for approval to receive assistance under the CDBG Disaster Recovery Program:

Noah Lara Deferred Loan Reconstruct	ED 20-09-04	Edcouch Precinct #4	CDBG DRP 2009	All of Lot 12, of the Cynthia Ford Addition and addition to the City of Edcouch, Hidalgo County, Texas, being a subdivision of a portion of Farm Tract 565 of West Tract Subdivision of lands out of the Llano Grande Grant, Hidalgo County, Texas, according to the map or plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the County Clerk of said County; and Two acres of Lot 13 Cynthia Ford Subdivision of the City of Edcouch, Hidalgo County Texas.

The amount of assistance to the family will be determined after receipt of bids through the procurement process. Thereafter, selection of bidders will be presented to County Commissioners' Court. Funding is available through the CDBG 2009 Disaster Recovery Program fund. The Urban County Program staff recommends approval of applicants.
