BACKGROUND
These families were approved to receive assistance under the CDBG Disaster Recovery Program by the County Commissioners’ Court on January 18, 2011 and February 8, 2011. Bids were received and opened at the Hidalgo County Purchasing Department on Wednesday, February 28, 2011.
