Requesting approval of Change Order No. 2 (which is a reversal of Change Order #1-attached hereto) and thus resulting in no change in original awarded and PO amount of $408,604.00 in connection with: "Purchase and Installation of Solar Powered Lights for Pct. 3 Parks", an Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) project, awarded to Facility Solutions Group through the County's participation/membership with Buy Board with authority for County Judge or Court Member to execute document.

BACKGROUND

Change Order No. 2 will reverse project changes made as per Change Order No. 1 to bring project to its original 50 light systems as approved by C.C. on Nov. 9, 2010, AI 23833.  The additional 4 light systems herein requested were deleted on Change Order No. 1 to provide funding for pole stabilization services in order to address possible water table problems.
