a. Recommendation by both the Purchasing Dept. and Raul Sesin, PE for Hidalgo County to exercise its option to terminate (under paragraph 4) of current agreement with A.H. Harris & Sons, Inc. for: "Geo-Grid Reinforcement Material for Precinct No. 2," by providing a written notice of termination;
b. Requesting authority to advertise for: "Geo-Grid Reinforcement Material for Hidalgo County Precinct No. 2" with modification of specifications to be drafted with input by Raul Sesin, PE.
BACKGROUND
Recommended by County's engineer, Raul Sesin, PE, CFM, to terminate agreement due to vendor does not meet all specifications requirements. In accordance with Exhibit "A" Specifications, vendor could not provide the County with the Aperture Stability Modulus and Junction Efficiency Values for the contracted product.
