BACKGROUND

1. Current Contract will expire on April 20, 2011.
2. New Contract will commence on April 21, 2011.
3. Recommended multiple vendors: Custom Products Corp, Delta Specialties Sign & Supply and Pathmark   
    Traffic Products.
4. Contract Document was reviewed and approved by Legal counsel as to form.
