a. Approval of a correction to the current agreement (w/extension expiration date-3-30-11) between Hidalgo County and LCS Corrections Services, Inc. to reflect that last year's extension would be the seventh (7) of up to ten (10) possible term extensions and not the eighth as reflected on CC records;
b. Requesting authority to exercise the eigth (8th) year of the additional ten (10) one (1) year term extensions with LCS Corrections Services, Inc. as provided in contract for the: "Housing of Inmates" for Hidalgo County through Sheriff's Office, under the negotiated rate of $45.00/diem/inmate for ________ years with all other terms and conditions remaining the same effective: 03/31/11-03/30/12.
