Approval of resolution to apply for Juvenile Accountability Block Grant (JABG)
BACKGROUND
On 1/25/2011, CC approved AI-24961, to apply for the Juvenile Accountability Block Grant, as presented by Juvenile Probation Director Buddy Silva, and the authorization for the County Judge to sign (electronically certify) the application. This resolution is in support of that action, as requested by the Criminal Justice Division of the Governor's Office.
