BACKGROUND
City of Donna, Urban County Program and the Hidalgo County Purchasing Department have evaluated and graded three architectural firms from the County’s approved “pool”. IDEAL Group, LLC, Alcocer Garcia & Associates, and ERO International, LLP., were the three firms. The Parks, Recreational Facility Improvements Project includes the Altas Palmas Park, Little League Park and the Donna Square Park Improvements. (See attached grading grid and city’s recommendation letter for your review.)
