1. Hold a Public Hearing to consider public comments for Hidalgo County Precinct No. 3’s proposed Program Amendment to their existing Urban County Program work plan for FY 23 (2010).  The proposed amendment will add streets into their existing work plan to include caliche, curb and gutter, sidewalks and related appurtenances as they pertain to project completion.

2. Consideration and approval of a Program Amendment for Hidalgo County Precinct No. 3 Year 23 (2010) work plan.  The proposed amendment will add streets into their existing work plan to include caliche, curb and gutter, sidewalks and related appurtenances as they pertain to project completion.

A Public Hearing was held on May 3, 2011 at 9:30 a.m. and the citizen participation requirements have been met.  See attached detailed amendment.

The proposed Hidalgo County Precinct No. 3 Year 23 (2010) amendment will add the following streets to their FY 23 (2010) work plan: 

(a)  2 Mile Orange Grove (La Homa to FM 492),
(b)  2 Mile (FM 492 to Abram),
(c)  9 Mile (Inspiration to Trosper),
(d)  9 ½ Mile (Conway to Trosper),
(e)  Abram Rd (Expressway 83 to Business 83),
(f)   Doffing Rd (8-9 Mile) and
(g)  Inspiration Rd (8-9 Mile) and streets in the general vicinity to include, but not limited to, caliche, curb and gutter, sidewalks and related appurtenances as they pertain to project completion.
