The Urban County Program on behalf of the City of Alton, is requesting approval and award of best and final negotiated contract with LeFEVRE Environmental & Management Consulting, LLC in the amount of $35,302.50 utilizing CDBG Years 22 & 23 (2009 & 2010) Street Improvements funds.

BACKGROUND

LeFEVRE Environmental & Management Consulting, LLC has submitted a best and final offer for professional engineering services for the 2009 & 2010 City of Alton - Street Improvements Project. LeFEVRE Environmental & Management Consulting, LLC was the highest ranked firm by County Commissioner’s Court.  Contract approval in the amount of $35,302.50.  See attached scope of services and Best and Final Offer Letter.
