1. Emergency Management Plan for Hidalgo County 
2. Annex A -  Warning
3. Annex B - Communications
4. Annex C - Shelter Mass Care
5. Annex O - Human Services

BACKGROUND

The Emergency Management Plan and Annexes A (Warning), B (Communications) , C (Shelter Mass Care), and O (Human Services) must be submitted to TDEM prior to May 30, 2011. TDEM requires Emergency Management Plans and Annexes be updated every five years.
