1. Adult Probation - DWI Court (1297):
a. Ratification of the acceptance of the 2011 DWI Court grant award with the Criminal Justice Division-Office of the Governor in the amount of $119,016.00. 

b.  Approval of certification of revenues as certified by the County Auditor for the 2011 DWI Court grant.  

c.  Ratification of the approval of 2011 appropriation of funds in the amount of $119,016.00.

d. Approval of the following personnel actions:

2.  District Attorney:
a.  Approval to authorize supplemental pay in the amount of $6,012.00 for one (1) Assistant District Attorney III position, slot no. 0026 (CRIM DA), and pay allowance to employee no. 127531 from the DWI Court grant (Acct. 1-1297-423-00-320-032-1-XXX). 

3.  139th District Court:
a.  Approval to authorize supplemental pay in the amount of $3,094.00 for one (1) Court Coordinator position, slot no. 0002, and pay allowance to employee no. 020524 from the DWI Court grant (Acct. 1-1297-423-00-320-032-1-XXX). 

b.  Approval to authorize supplemental pay in the amount of $3,094.00 for one (1) Assistant Court Coordinator position, slot no. 0004, and pay allowance to employee no. 088439 from the DWI Court grant (Acct. 1-1297-423-00-320-032-1-XXX). 

4.  Approval of intradepartmental transfer.

5.  Approval of revised salary schedule.

Hidalgo County Adult Probation applied for and has received a grant from the Office of the Governor, Criminal Justice Division to operate a DWI Court. The proposed allowance for these positions is in accordance with the provisions of the DWI grant.
