1. Boot Camp:
Discussion, consideration, and approval to waive rental charges of Lease Agreement for the Boot Camp building located on 1000 N. M Rd. due to State budget cuts, as requested by Mr. Arnold Patrick, CSCD Director (C-03-285-08-26).
2. Restitution Center:
Discussion, consideration, and approval to waive rental charges of Interlocal Lease Agreement for the Restitution Center building located on 1124 N. M Rd. for the next three (3) months of June through August 2011. The center will cease operations effective August 31, 2011. Therefore, building will be vacated. (2005-350-10-09)
BACKGROUND
In addition, the Restitution Center will cease operations on 8-31-11. CSCD is requesting waiver of rental charges for the months of June through Aug. 2011. Thereafter, building will be vacated.

BUDGETARY IMPACT:
Co. is receiving $5000.00/month in rental revenue for the Boot Camp building. Annual revenues that will not be received by the Co. is $60,000.00
Co. is receiving $6000.00/month in rental revenue for the Restitution Center. Annual revenues that will not be received by the Co. is $72,000.00
The Restitution Center is scheduled to cease operations on 8-31-11, at which time the building will be vacated and available for use.
