The Hidalgo County Urban County Program (UCP) is requesting authorization for the County Judge to sign a permit/license for construction approved by the United States International Boundary and Water Commission (USIBWC) for the TDRA-DR project known as "Delta Outfall Drainage Improvements Project".
BACKGROUND
The Urban County Program has been coordinating with Dos Logistics, Inc. in an effort to obtain a license for construction from USIBWC for the Delta Area Outfall Drainage Improvements Project. Permit applications must be submitted to USIBWC for license to construct, operate, and maintain a drainage structure(s) through, upon, or across a levee or other works operated and maintained by the United States Section.
