1. Public Hearing concerning a proposed Budget and Program Amendment for Hidalgo County Precinct No. 2.  The proposed amendment will decrease the Street Improvements activity by $100,000.00 and increase the Neighborhood facility activity under the Urban County Program workplan Year 23 (2010).

2. Requesting approval of a Budget and Program Amendment for Hidalgo County Precinct No. 2 Year 23 (2010) Urban County Program workplan.  The proposed amendment will decrease the Street Improvements activity by $100,000.00 and increase the Neighborhood facility activity.

A Public Hearing was held on May 31, 2011 at 9:30 am. and citizen participation requirements have been met.  See attached detailed advertised amendment.

The proposed amendment for Precinct 2 Years 23, (2010) will add the following:

Street Improvements activity will decrease funding without affecting the project description, and increase the Neighborhood facilities activity for the purchase of furniture, to include but not limited to: desks, seating, tables, cabinets, computer tables/carrels and any other related equipment to complete an ongoing Neighborhood Facilities project.
