BUDGETARY IMPACT:
Hidalgo County generates revenue from various vending machines through a pro-rated formula of electricity usage. Reimbursement is on a monthly basis. No budgetary/ fiscal impact to county.1-1100-360-00-000-000-0-000 Revenue Account
As per Martha Salazar, attempt will be made to have vendor enter into agreement (promissory note) to bill for the amount in arrears. If agreed and CC approves to extend contract, the promissory note will include the arrears and current monthly billings.
