a. Requesting authority to continue the review, negotiations and finalizing an AIA for  Agreement (as stipulated in general contract per project) with  ERO  Architects, for the Anzaldua's Park Repair of Dock and Boat Ramp for Precinct No. 3 inasmuch as original assignment of project was on May 23, 2011.

b. Requesting exemption from competitive bidding requirements under the Texas Local Government Code, Section 262.024 (A)(4) a professional service for architectural services in connection with county owned buildings/structures needing repairs and/or renovations located in Precinct #3 for compliance with statutory occupational code provisions;

c. Presentation of scoring grid (for the purposes of ranking by CC) of the firms graded & evaluated through the County's approved "pool" of architect in connection with professional architectural services required in connection with county owned buildings/structures needing repairs and/or renovations located in Precinct #3 for compliance with statutory occupational code provisions;
