BACKGROUND

Approval of change order no. 1 to Lambda Construction I, LTD in the amount of $121,520.00 for the continuation of improvements to the City of Elsa Water Plant in order to comply with TCEQ requirements.   The amount of the change order is $121,520.00 with the work to be completed by July 30, 2007. 

Original Contract Amount:                        $515,000.00
Change Order Amount:                            $121,520.00
New Contract Amount:                             $636,520.00
