The City of Elsa requests approval to terminate the construction phase of the Professional Service Agreement with Quintanilla Headley & Associates for the Water Master Plan and the Water Distribution System with a balance in the amount of $18,200.00 being utilized from Urban County Water / Sewer Improvements Year 13 (2000).

BACKGROUND

Approval to terminate the construction phase of the Professional Service Agreement with Quintanilla Headley & Associates in the amount of $18,200.00 due to insufficient funding available to implement the water master plan and specifications.  Construction will commence as funds become available.   See attached recommendation by the City of Elsa and correspondence of agreement by the project engineer.

Original Contract Amount:                     $65,000.00 (Year 13)
Amount Paid to Date:                            $46,800.00 
Balance on Contract:                             $18,200.00 (Year 13)

 Approval is recommended by the City of Elsa and UCP Staff.
