Approval of ORCA 2005 Colonia Construction Grant # 725195 Contract with ASAGO L.L.C. of Mission, Texas in the amount of $259,590 for first time sewer improvements to 64 residents in Colonia Country View located in Pct. # 4.
BACKGROUND
The project consists of first time sewer improvements including sewer service yard lines and septic tank remediation to 64 residents in Colonia Country View. Bid opening was held on Wednesday, February 21, 2007 and ASAGO L.L.C. was the lowest of five (5) bidders. Attached please find the Engineers recommendation and the bid tabulation sheet.
UCP Colonia Staff recommends approval.
