BACKGROUND

The Emergency Management Plan and Annexes G (Law Enforcement), J (Recovery), P (Hazard Mitigation), and U (Legal) must be submitted to TDEM prior to October 20, 2011.  TDEM requires Emergency Management Plans and Annexes be updated every five years.
