(awarded JOC through HCDE-Choice Facility Partners) in the amount of $393,778.35 to include $25,000.00 for HVAC Contingency allowance for proposed Repairs & Addition to Elections Department Warehouse project #2011-147-09-20-MSS. Total combined amount not to exceed $418,778.35.
