BACKGROUND
The Urban County Program is requesting approval to modify and resubmit Round 2.1 application in an effort to address questions related to colonia issues and Hidalgo County’s commitment to address infrastructure needs of protected populations as related to the LRGVDC Round 2, Phase 1 Partial Method of Distribution.
