BACKGROUND
The Resolution is as required by the Office of Rural Affairs due to the funding authorized for Hidalgo County for the 2011 CEDAP Grant # 711195 and 2011-2012 Colonia Construction Grant # 711245 Contracts. The Resolution designates certain authorized bonded signatories for the TxCDBG CEDAP and the Colonia Construction Grants - Office of Rural Affairs.
