Discussion, consideration, and action to call a Public Hearing on the creation of Hidalgo County Transportation Reinvestment Zone Number 2 to be located on property impacted by the projects of the Hidalgo County RMA Roadway System, to wit: the Trade Corridor Connector, the International Bridge Trade Corridor, and the La Joya Relief Route.
