Guzman & Muñoz Engineering and Surveying, Inc. submitted a best and final offer for professional engineering services for a Side Walks Project within the City of Edcouch. Guzman & Muñoz Engineering and Surveying, Inc. was the highest ranked firm by County Commissioners' Court. See attached scope of services and Best and Final Offer Letter.
