5. D.A. Membership Dues:
Requesting approval to pay 2012 membership dues for TDCAA for the District Attorney's Office employees, with authority for County Treasurer to issue check after review, audit, and processing procedures are completed by County Auditor
6. D.A. BPU (1281):
Requesting approval to continue payroll in calendar year 2012 for two (2) employees in the DA Border Prosecution Intitiative grant (2-1281-412-00-080-012-1-XXX) pending grant award.
7. Pretrial Intervention Program:
Approval to collect fee not to exceed $500.00 for the purpose of administering a Pretrial Intervention Program in accordance with Texas Code of Criminal Procedure Article 102.0121 to be effective on January 1, 2012.
