Acceptance and approval of the procurement packet/plans and specification as develope & drafted by project architect, Alcocer-Garcia & Associations (including the conversion of the Hidalgo County Commissioners meeting room area into a fully functional judicial courtroom with all ancillary support offices for Judge, Staff & Jurors) with authority to advertise for sealed bids (under conventional construction method) for the project: Renovations to former Administration Building, 100 E. Cano, Edinburg, Texas and the direction and approval of how to proceed with, including, but not limited to, the following related projects:

a.  Sanitary Sewer Line Replacement/Repairs Improvements;

b.  Replacement of Occupational Control Sensors throughout the building (energy efficiency option);

c.  First floor common area floor replacement due to sanitary improvements;

d.  Include an HVAC Control System.
