BACKGROUND
1. CSBG is in its 30th year of continued funding. This contract authorizes $341,938.00 first quarter funding of a potential $1,685,364 funding level based on 2011.
2. CEAP is designed primarily to assist with energy related benefits for low income recipients at a funding level of a potential $4,068,129.00
3. Request for electronic authorization allows me to transmit all programmatic and financial reports between CHCSA and funding sources.
