Requesting authorization for Hidalgo County to execute the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between Hidalgo County and Willacy County. The purpose of the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement is to transfer to Willacy County items listed in Appendix A for the purpose of fulfilling the goals of the Lower Rio Grande Valley Development Council's regional efforts to emergency response.
BACKGROUND
Items in Appendix A were purchased by LRGVDC with FY 2010 Metropolitan Medical Response System grant funds and were delivered to Hidalgo County Health & Human Services Dept. (reference AI-29993, 12/20/11)
