Requesting approval to accept the Memorandum of Agreement between Hidalgo County and the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio for the CDC sponsored Tuberculosis Trials Consortium research studies. The aim of this Agreement is to establish an agreement for the exchange of information and for cooperative research between both institutions in the field of reportable communicable diseases.
BACKGROUND
This Agreement is a continuance of the previous Agreement that ends on March 31, 2012. New term is from April 1, 2012 through March 31, 2013.
