Requesting authorization to apply for additional funding from the Preventive Health Services Restoration Block Grant for our existing 2012 RLSS/LPHS contract. In addition we are also requesting separate funding out of the 2012 Preventive Health and Health Services Block Grant to Texas for adult immunizations (meningococcal vaccine), and/or funding for local health department accreditation planning.
