1. Public Hearing concerning a proposed Budget Amendment under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) for Hidalgo County Precinct No. 3 and Precinct No. 4. The proposed amendment will decrease the general administration funding by $187,702.97 and will allocate funds evenly into the existing projects through Precinct No. 3 and Precinct No. 4 to its flood drainage improvement projects for workplan Year 22 (2009).

A Public Hearing was held on May 29, 2012 at 9:30 A.M. and citizen participation requirements have been met. See attached detailed advertised amendment.
