BACKGROUND
The Peñitas Drain Project consists of Flood Drainage Improvements as needed in the Precinct No. 3 vicinity utilizing GLO-DR funds. The scope of work to be completed within the contract Period (December 31, 2015) given by GLO, improvements include community-level drainage infrastructure improvements to colonias as well as an associated outfall for storm drainage.
