BACKGROUND

Account # 2-1336-419-40-220-043-0-452 has $1,875,834.26 available as of 6/4/12 and
account # 2-1342-419-40-220-043-0-452 has $3,481,000.00 available as of 6/4/12,
bringing the total available to $5,356,834.26.
So we will have enough to cover the $4,625,500.00 needed for renovation costs to the Old Administration Building in the amount of $4,625,500.00 according to the drafted contract.
