Acceptance and approval to renew the one (1) year as stated in Contract #C-10-026-07-20 with Lewis & Ellis Inc for the "Actuarial Consulting Services For Part I-GASB 43 AND/OR 45 OPEB Valuation Analysis and Part II-Health Benefits Reserve Analysis with same rates, terms and conditions.
BACKGROUND
Said services as follow:
Valuation Analysis for year ending December 31, 2013 with study completion date of February 28, 2014.
(The OPEB Valuation Analysis study is perform every two (2) years)
Health Benefits Reserve Analysis as of December 31, 2012 with completion date of February 28, 2013.
(The Health Benefits Reserve Analysis is performed on yearly basis)
***Requesting authority to exercise the option to renew/extend for a one (1) term with same rates, terms and conditions as stated in original contract. Contract renewal term will be from 07/20/12 through 07/19/13. RC Budget & Management Division.
