Presentation for discussion, consideration, and action in connection with the on-going renovations at the 398th State District Court including, but not limited to, the following:
A. Proposed Change Order #1: To renovate the 206th. jury room (by installing new cabinet with sink and electrical outlet-with exact feature directly opposite and adjacent to the 398th. jury room) inasmuch as both jury rooms will be sharing one ADA renovated bathroom contructed from the original two (2) bathrooms in an amount not to exceed $6,791.25;
B. Proposed Construction Change Directive #1, with an amount of $21,.999.34, to install miscellaneous aditional items as requested/required by the 398th. Construction Change Directive #1 will be funded from all contingency and improvements allowances with no impact to original contract amount.
