a. Requesting approval for County's option to exercise the final year extension as provided under the Requirements/Terms and conditions of the Hidalgo County RFP/Q- "Pool of Professional Consultants to Seek Funding and Assistance Through Federal and State Agencies, Private Sector(s) and Other Sources", or if not approved, in the alternative;

b. Requesting authority to advertise a Request for Proposals with qualifications for “Pool of Professional Consultants to Seek Funding and Assistance Through State, Federal and Private Sector(s) and other Sources (Including all funding sources, program and entities); or

c. Requesting authority to advertise a Request for Proposals with qualifications for “Professional Consultant to Seek Funding and Assistance Through State, Federal and Private Sector(s) and other Sources (Including all funding sources, program and entities), utilizing the original procurement packet.
