BUDGETARY IMPACT:
There is no cost to Hidalgo County for becoming a provider with Blue Cross Blue Shield. A provider participating in the Blue Cross Blue Shield network is allowed to bill certain health care costs, from health care services provided by our County clinics staff, to Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas.
