Requesting approval of Budget Modification # 1 to the ORCA 2005 Colonia Construction Grant #725195.
BACKGROUND
UCP is requesting approval of a Budget Modification to the ORCA 2005 Colonia Construction Grant # 725195 for the transfer of $38,000 from the Rehabilitation of Private Property to the Sewer Facilities line item activity.
This transfer is necessary due to the bid amounts for Rehabilitation of Private Property being lower than the estimated amount for Colonia Corina's Corner, Bella Vista and Country View Subdivision. Therefore, we need to transfer ORCA funds in the amount of $38,000 from the original Rehabilitation of Private Property to the Sewer Facilities line item activity.
