BACKGROUND
Effective September 1, 2012, entities within counties without a 90% completeness percentage will be ineligible to apply for new grants through the federally funded Justice Assistance Grant program.
Effective September 1, 2013, entities within counties without a 90% completeness percentage will be ineligible to receive grant funding from any state or federal source managed by CJD.
