Urban County Program, on behalf of the City of Penitas, is requesting acceptance and approval to award the best valued proposal received from Facilities – USA, LLC., a job order contractor (an approved contract partner through TCPN annual contract #R5085), for the rehabilitation of the Penitas Library. The total cost is $108,846.55 utilizing UCP FY’s 22 & 23 (2009 & 2010) Public Facilities line item.

BACKGROUND

The Facilities – USA, LLC job order contract will rehabilitate the Penitas Library to include electrical, plumbing, furnishings, door openings, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, finishes and concrete.
