I. Presentation, discussion and acceptance of Roster/Pool (as listed in the RFQ Acceptance Sheet attached hereto) for: "Title Company Services-Pool" as pre-qualified firms submitting Statements of Qualifications for ranking on an "As Needed Basis" per project by all County departments requiring said services as set forth in the requirements stated in the County's Request for Qualifications packet.
II. Requesting authority to re-advertise for "Title Company Services - Pool" in order to expand approved "Pool" and encourage participation for said services.
BACKGROUND
As per ROW department (Joe Pena) more title companies are required in order to provide services for anticipated/planned/proposed acquisition(s) for upcoming projects.
