BACKGROUND
Pursuant to the Memorandum of Understanding and Cost Reimbursement Agreement
between the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the Hidalgo County Sheriff's Office.
Approval was granted by Commissioners' Court on 2/24/09 (AI#14062).
The agreements remain in effect during the agency's participation in the task force, unless
terminated by mutual agreement of the parties.
Overtime funding ends 9/30/13.
