Presentation for discussion, consideration and action in connection with the housing of judicial courts and/or departments including, but not limited to, the folllowing:
 
A.    Report on Board of Judges meeting  of 4-18-07 attended by Commissioners Court representatives;
B.    Location of the 430th State District Court; (short-term and/or long-term solutions);
C.    If necessary, recission of any action taken by CC on 4-10-07 regarding the designation of the "location" of an additional Auxiliary Court  at the Hidalgo County Administration Building, 100 E. Cano, Edinburg, Tx;
D.    Action, if necessary, on any other recommendations by the Board of Judges related to the relocation and/or housing of Courts and/or Departments;
E.    Authority to advertise for: Lease of Office Space for use as a Courtroom within a Two (2) Block Radius of the Courthouse for Hidalgo County
