Discussion and possible action to remove Precinct 4 Fire Protection equipment purchased with CDBG funds from the Linn/San Manuel Volunteer Fire Department.
BACKGROUND
The Urban County Program’s Precinct 4 Inventory listing consists of Asset # 4166- Tractor with Disc and Loader, Asset # 4870-10 sets of Bunker Gear and Asset # 5002-800 Gallon Skit Unit. (See attached Listing)
According to Federal Regulations, any asset acquired or improved in part or in whole with CDBG funds
must be used in an activity that is eligible and meets one of the national objectives listed in 24 CFR 570.208.
